with capcom forcing it onto the RE engine with no regard of how hilariously unsuited it was for a game like dragon's dogma, i really don't want another dragon's dogma. itsuno ragequit the company for a reason
The first one was so bad I couldnt even figure out how to finish it. Good riddance to a shit series. I'll give it a handshake though for wasting a garbage companies time and money like capcom.

considering how bad wilds turned out to be i'm hesitant to even say it was itsuno. capcom wants their quarter numbers and they don't give a shit if the quality of the product suffers.

I think it was alright, but maybe it was because I never tried the first one, they could fix a lot of problems with a simple expansion, but Capcom is retarded

I guess steam active player count is the new cope for "the game didn't fail BUT as you an see by thsi graph..."

me too, I just wish there was more. same problem I had with the first game. it's great as a linear playthrough but it lacks repeatable endgame content, it's too easy to just blow everything away from the second half onward.

It would just be DD1 reiterated like the sequel was. By the second game the franchise was spinning its wheels in the mud, truly fascinating.

Is it true of what they said about DD2? While DD1 map was small, it packed with tons of content while DD2 map is bigger, it is also way more empltier
Can't wait until the private server for DDO is finished. I'm really excited to play it with some pals. >>717805684
He claimed the company he left Capcom for is working on an action game. So we'll see what it is in like 4 or 5 years time.

The core if its fine, just not enough enemy and boss variety, and not enough skills. The mod that lets you toggle a second loadout of skills is really nice but honestly too much is a rehash of DD1.
I would unironically rather Dragon's Dogma die than live on without lolis and Mystic Knights They robbed me of everything that drew me to the original. Let it exist as a happy memory than live on as a bastardization.

If any next dragon's dogma was like the sequel, it's better to not get another one. Every time I remember the state the game released, and every time I remember how much of the marketing budget went to people like Asmongold and that tranny to promote the game, I'd say good riddance.
