I love both, but yeah, this is correct. If the good parts of Elden Ring got compressed into a Dark Souls size game, it would probably be better, and it wins in terms of replayability as it is, but at absolutely no point during Sekiro did I think "oh, it's this bullshit again", which I cannot say for Elden Ring.
