I've never played Thief 2 or beaten an MGS but I would like to because I like to be a sneaky boy in Elder Scrolls.

Play MGS3 anon it is the best stealth game of all time by a long margin. Wait for the remake it's releasing later this month and is a 1:1 remake even with the same audio files, it'll only update the gameplay which was the weakest part of the game.

So you HAVE played Thief 1 then?
Why mention Elder Scrolls then, Thief 1 is a lot more relevant to this topic than the shitty stealth in Elder Scrolls.
