AMD drivers tend to work fine, but it's less that you're getting better videogame performance, and more that the operating system is using less cpu resources, freeing them up for the game. Most games you're capped by your GPU usage.

- nvidia is basically always worse by a few percentiles
- amd when running dx8-11 and native vulkan can be better

Call me when I don't have to meddle with the bazoofle to fix the binklebonkle which varies depending on the distro you choose to install, and then I'll consider installing Linux once Windows 10 IoT LTSC stops being supported. For now, W10 just werks, that's all I need.
