If you've been playing games a long time, it inherently gets harder to find good ones since you've played more of the ones you would really like already. Your preferences and familiarity with genres and with vidya as a whole also solidify more, making it more difficult to be impressed since novelty (from your perspective) becomes more and more rare. The best solution I've found is to experiment now and then, to try things mostly blind on recommendations from sources who've steered close to your tastes before. You can also occasionally get lucky by trying something outside your usual genres. If you see people talking about how much they like a game, look into it and see if it sounds like something you could enjoy. Always check reviews before buying, of course, just to be sure there isn't some deal-breaking flaw you would otherwise not know about.
If you're looking for recommendations right now, though, post some games you've liked in the past and I may be able to offer a few with similar strengths that you haven't yet tried.

You'll have to provide games you like first in order to get correct recommendations. Alternatively look for things on your own that are tangentially similar to the things you already like. If you don't have a solid grasp on the types of things you like then you haven't played enough games yet.

Casual hack n slash adventure game but actually like good even though it's casulshit.

Zelda 2-like. Starts off a bit clunky since there's a stamina bar and lots of high commitment moves and attacks on your character(I think you can turn that off but I never did) but exploration, puzzles, boss fights, the game does them really well and it's a joy to play up until you get around to 100%ing it because one collectible is a huge pain in the ass to get and there's no real fast travel.

turn based tactics in the King Arthur(old Total War clone series) series. Fun, difficult, really fun if you've got a fetish for tight resource management, a bit bullshit in a few places but overall a very satisfying game.

3d platformer where you can't jump(at least not in a standard way). Bit of a memeshit game but is actually really fun to drive around a platformer stage.

Turn based tactics stealth game. Think vaguely invisible inc but with 2ap and not a roguelite.

Isometric stealth game. Fair warning the level design is more like Limbo(get into an "encounter", get a checkpoint at the start of this encounter, get past the encounter and you get into another with a checkpoint at the start of it) instead of like Thief/Intravenous/any classic stealth game but it's well designed and I found it really fun.

Turn based tactics game by the Grimrock developers.
Is actually a ballbusting puzzle game than a straight up swords and sorcery tactics kill orcs and demons game and it scratched an itch I never knew I had.

First person hack n slash. I'm not a fan of the roguelite or "looter shooter" genre but what I've played of this demo and Witchfire's(which isn't hack n slash) demo I feel like this may change my mind on it.

Metroidvania but also not-Gravity Rush.
Has a really shitty not-Sekiro combat system it just doesn't work if it's not well animated but outside of that I had no complaints about the game.

Is rough around the edges but it's also game I've played for like 600 hours just going through different class combinations, playstyles, faction allegiances and whatnot.
Has a sequel that's a first person rogue-like(as in every action you take also has enemies take their actions and time is paused otherwise) and that I also found middling called Star Crawlers Chimera

Linear/story based turn based tactics game. The gimmick is that every time a character kills someone they immediately refresh their AP. So every combat encounter can devolve into this autistic megapuzzle where you want to kill dozens of enemies in your starting turn.
Or you can play it like a standard TBT and the game will fucking suck, so don't play it like a standard TBT.
