Neither are even on my radar. Haven't touched a Bioware game since ME3 and I pirated Starfield only to realise after maybe an hour or two that you can just avoid any video game made in the US.

I can at least imagine the possible person who liked Skyrim seeing the next game and expecting something good that then gets disappointed. You could cope by saying all signs are other IPs like Fallout and Starfield.
But Mass Effect would require to still have hope after Mass Effect 3 and Andromeda on top of the other stuff like Dragon Age.

It actually boggles the mind how Bioware are even still going? Especially after Inquisition and Andromeda. Makes no fucking sense.

As far as I know, only the brand name remains. The whole studio has been expunged and reshuffled numerous times. EA is obviously keeping the brand name because it's one of the few they have left after killing most of the rest.

Hiring and firing for diversity or LGBTQ bullshit killed the industry in the US. You may as well just avoid any games made in the US since all the talent left or were either fired or pushed out. We've been paying the price for the last decade.

Nobody expects ANYTHING from a new Bioware game.
TES 6 would at least be a 6/10 if it was just Skyrim again. 8/10 if it was Oblivion again. A 5/10 if it they go into the Fallout 4 retardation direction.
But this depends on if Bethesda just pulls another Starfield, or Microsoft actually tells them what to do instead.

I don't see Bioware being allowed to make another ME game anytime soon anyway.

I liked Inquisition for exploring the areas.

They actually got the Call of Duty audience they wanted. If they didn't fumble Andromeda they'd still be on top.

I simply won't believe either is actually coming out until release. Todd himself can break into my home and force me to play TES VI v.0.999998 and I'll still refuse to believe it's real until it's actually out.

The historical Bioware studio that worked on all the games people liked is in Edmunton, and it's virtually closed. No hiring, most staff laid off or transferred. There are several other studios that carry the "Bioware" name but they're newer and full of people brought in from support roles. IOW Bioware actually *IS* dead.
