Utter laziness + "eh, good enough!" + nu-fag pajeet devs only knowing how to do drag-n-drop asset flip games with UE5, which is sooo terribly optimized that they really have to cut corners to make them even playable (*) on modern consumer hardware.

We've gotten to a point where a literal 15+ yo games have better, sharper visuals, far better performance, AND superior physics + environmental interaction.
