Rice x Urara is the daughter pairing and Rice x Bourbon is the rival pairing. I think I like her with Bourbon more. In the game their rivalry across Bourbons career is tough and heart breaking and honestly one of my favorite scenes is in the anime where Rice shower wins and her career song is playing while she says "I ruined everyones dreams again" and cries into Mihono Bourbons chest. Despite being hyper autistic she does her best to comfort Rice. Her energy with Urara gives off way more sister energy imo.

She is the best dominator user in the meta, which is the debuff you will most likely be facing pass the qualifier. You need to raise her as a end closer though since she will most likely only get one gold regen and can't deal with multiple nice nature hit. The dominator alone can cripple the enemy team so much that your team will take 1st, 2nd and 3rd places against unsuspecting whales. I have seen it multiple time in testing room matches.
