The only one I know of is Live Another Life Loli edition, which adds a new start to the game where you get into some sexual adventures with your parents before tragedy strikes, and you go on an adventure with your sister.
It only really works as an introduction with a loli character. it gets gay if you go shota unless you choose to have lesbian parents.
Aside from that, you can roleplay with adopted kids, or pretend a character is your parent or sibling.
There's also Fertility Mode which you can use to have your own children, but it's so volatile that I've never got it to work completely perfectly. Especially with the HPL addon since it struggles to recognize race.
