What are we going to do without intel? Our favorite PC company since our childhood is dying and will be gone soon.

Its actually over. TSMC isn't going to pour endless money into advanced process nodes to compete with themselves and advancement in hardware is much more dependent on fabs than it is chip designers. Hope you like today's tech because it won't be getting any better in the foreseeable future.
