Some of the characters look okay. Like the Firene characters, plus I thought it was neat to have a kingdom based on the Netherlands, and the desert kingdom characters were cool.

Most of the units in Fates were just generics with unique head models, which made the game feel cohesive, and had some of the better armor designs in the series.
Nothing in Fates is as bad as Timerra. Even units like Azura didn't have a bunch of cotton balls glued to her.
