Okay but what is "Blue Archive"? I genuinely enjoy the lore (finished chapter 2) but I still dunno what the main title means. Also why does every girl have a halo?

Because it looks cool.
That's it, there is nothing more to the title or the halo.

"Blue" in Anime/Jap terms just means youth. The color is supposed to represent the feeling that you're in the peak of your life and a world of possibilities are in front of you. That's why a shit ton of anime have blue in the title

So we extrapolate that then to the word Archive, as in a record or historical documentation

And you get something like Records of Youth, which is fitting for a game about high school girls having fun together.

Wait then why do the girls have halos?

Because they needed an excuse for why you can have all of them shooting guns at each other and being no worse for wear.

>Blue Archive
It's the record of the times you've spent with your students
>Halos
It's the representation of the supernatural powers intrinsic to each student

They just do in their world. The halos grants them near indestructible bodies. They can be hurt by real bullets and explosions but not killed. That's why there's rampant chaos and gang violence. The purpose of (You) is to guide the students to be proper members of society, otherwise you would have more characters like Wakumo.

There is actually a scene where the wannabe police girl accidentally shoots a dog citizen. He got hurt but not killed. Could be just comedic purpose or only Sensei is the only fragile one.

Considering the amount of damage that happens in kivotos superhuman durability seems like a common characteristic of all its inhabitants to some degree

Sensei is vulnerable because he's an outsider

Something similar happens in the train mob side story. I think the residents are safe but (you) being an outsider does not grant you such protection.
I imagine the other adults may be just as vulnerable but do not feel the fear of being mortal in this city(?) of hormonal teenage girls with itchy trigger fingers
