I don't really care about allat I just think if they brag about having a dynamic ecosystem it should actually impact the gameplay rather than being a backdrop you mindlessly fly past. You end up being more immersed in the ecosystems of the old games which had literally nothing going on because gathering spots were precious and you had to remember where the good ones were and slowly forage in them.

Monhun is just fundamentally flawed by design, and wilds streamlining everything only exposed this fact further.
