A reminder in JP that meta even shifts during CM. Earlier it's better to have stam ace since you find mostly evil natures, but when you racked more wins, evil natures are not effective since EVERY ACE has enough stam to tank stam debuffs. Then people changes comp to :

I can't remember if it was Belmont, but I think it might have been. Usually in any race a horse will have lengths of speeding up and slowing down, from the jockey, or the horse itself wanting to conserve stamina, getting tired, whatever. They see this by timing the horses through the different distance markers and such. Secretariat never slowed down. Secretariat only got faster. A horse isn't supposed to do that.

The problem with the original skill and the anime skill is that they activate on the final straight, so if she gets ahead before then through too much power, she's 1st place on the final curve and never gets to use her skill. So you'd need to make a Late Surge Teio for both skills to activate, but she only has an A in Pace Chaser which sucks ass.

In all fairness, if you started when it launched you could have got 1 pity on the kita banner minimum. I did it as F2P as well. You just cannot make a single pull anywhere else, so the timing is really key. Maybe it isn't possible now if you missed out on anything, I don't know.

It's good. Maybe not the ideal best card but you can more consistently create better umas in campaign with a slightly reduced top end.
She gives mood ups, makes trainings cheaper, gives energy, enhances trainings she's on, gives out skill points, cleanse negative statuses and in general reduces the need to rest or use standard recreation as much since her dates compound the effects
