Super removes all challenge from enemies and hazards. It's almost impossible to die unless you go out of your way to deliberately gimp yourself and get hit over and over and over without ever picking up health. You get energy tanks constantly, supply tanks, two suit upgrades that each halve damage, every enemy drops a shitload of HP, constant energy refills, and basically every other room has these enemy geysers that basically just spam trashmobs when you're near them with the sole purpose of quickly stocking up on health and ammo.
The game is genuinely easy and the stakes so non-existent that the only "fun" you will find is if you love roaming corridors shooting every block to see if it's destructible
