Well, you can emulate stuff like Lost War Chronicles and Battlefield Record.
Also, that Gundam Evolution game was kind of brought back by Side7.
Journey to Jaburo unironically makes you feel like Amuro (i.e. a guy being bullied into the death robot and finding out to use the clunky thing).
UC Climax is legitimately great as a Gundam game and it's a travesty it never came to NTSC or PAL regions.
Gundam Breaker 4 is good fun if you're a Gunpla buff.
The Gundam VS games are pretty good and remind me a little bit of Twisted Metal, at least me personally.

Gundam Seed Battle Destiny is a decent game, and has some fun stuff. Getting the Boosted/Extended Human treatment makes your MC insane and bloodthirsty.
