How do I force myself to do the evil route in Deltarune
I don't like being mean to video game characters or watching fucked up things happen
The newer chapters are too depressing
I don't play video games to be upset and depressed why are all these bad things happening

Just because you can doesn't mean you need to.
Or you can fuck with Tricky Toby's expectations and run the evil route in Sandboxie so the game can't put the fact you raped the doe on your permanent record.

I mean I basically did that already
I did snowgrave in chapter 2 and then overwrote the save data so it never happened
but now I don't have progress for it in the newer chapters and it upsets me too much to do it again

The "evil" route in Deltarune is pretty tame. It's confirmed that freezing isn't deadly.
