I stopped buying these shit remakes after the first one.
I realized the literal only thing that is improved over the originals is the graphics. Even the story is worse, they turned it into your average anime game

Cid will autoattack until the ATB bar fills, then you use Jump.
Vincent will autoattack until the ATB bar fills, then you use Transform to become a monster that autoattacks for a while until he returns to normal.

Cids style the one I’m really interested in. Although it’ll probably be something of a reskin of aeriths physical attacks. Vincent will probably get all four limits with controllable demon powers. It’ll feel lackluster because his transformations look cool but he can still only do as much damage as the other party members. They should probably just have him as support. This way they don’t have to try to squeeze him into the game. It honestly felt like there were too many characters sometimes. But the game at least tried to recognize that and force you use separate teams.

No. I haven't played the remakes and I never will.

Wait, how many of these are they planning on making? I remember Cid showing up maybe half way through the original.

What is that going to be like 9 party members? They need to revamp their menus because fucking around with materia setups was already such a pain in Rebirth.

Vincent and Cid "join" the group in Rebirth (part 2) but they're not playable yet.

Same thing as the og, Remake and Rebirth: the switch materia option was in the sub-menu that not many players knew about.
