Because like most public forums(including imageboards) on the interwebs, 4chan is basically a psyop staging ground, and is at least 30% by volume astroturfers trying to sow dissent. You can tell by the spike in anti-linux sentiment after the pewdiepie video, that some corpos are feeling the heat.
Anywho, the Deck is ok for what it is, though the hardware is getting a bit long in the tooth.
