I think anons might be focusing too much of their energy, and feeding their negative emotions, ovet stuff that doesn't matter or is something out of their reach.
It would be more beneficial to feed your positive emotions and actually put your energy on stuff you like. Like playing vidya you like, or even going proper competitive in a game or do stuff like speedrun. Maybe start that Youtube channel even~ Or your dream game!
