It's because you all switched to amd cpus and now everything stutters.
Amd always had this problem.
I remember switching from an amd phenom to an i5 and suddenly all my games ran smoothly.

I actually switched to AMD cpus because they run better, X3D has made so many unplayable games actually playable.
And also 13th onwards are unstable as shit so I was forced to return and go team red.

Well I get perfect framepacing in every games for the 10+ years I've been using AMD cpus. It's only UE that's a problem and only sometimes. I've found plenty of UE 5 games that run perfectly.

but aside from that yes, your gpus boost clock is a indicator of how well optimized a game is. cyberpunk hits advertised boost clock for example so its optimized while ue5 games dont so they're unoptimized.

nvidia drivers are responsible for UE5 stutters, its been proven.
their drivers for the past 8 months have been shit, December 2024 release is the last decent driver.

A properly coded game should run fine on even AMD chips from ten years ago. There's no reason to require more.
