The only game which made atmosphere of tension for me was Dead space. Original one, not shitty remake.
Maybe first Resident evil too but more cus it was first game that ressources were so limited.

I'm not really a big horror guy. I recently played Evil Dead games and they were fairly scary but nothing too crazy, but that game "Visage" made me really uncomfortable. I really hate shit like that.
