$4.99 per pack, parents would buy it alongside a happy meal for their kid and neckbeards can buy it alongside their 50 mcnuggets box and throw half of it away when they get home.

If this has shown anything is that they treat these promos as the side thing that people get when they buy the thing they want (food), but with pokemon and other shit you get scalpers that buy the thing they want (packs) and throw the thing they get for free along with them away (food)
So just sell the packs singly, 1 per order.
So some karen can go in and order the pack, not hold up the queue and not waste food.
