You can find her again, I don't believe the villagers are randomly generated, so that NPC is in that area. The Witcher 3 is notorious for having good looking NPCs. Even reasonable ugly ones. Unfortunately that company is dead. There will be no more Witchers. Never forget that when the little leftist progressives from Tumblr raiding this place try to tell you they never wanted any of that to go away. They did, and they were largely successful. They lost funding, and now they too are returning to the sands. Maybe you can extract that model and make your own little world with her in Virt-A-Mate or something.

Nah in the Witcher 3 all generic NPCs have generic names
If you run around the whole map in the start of the game you will find lots of named characters doing mundane tasks and have generic voice lines, and you will have quests with them later on
The only exception is one generic Nilfgaardian soldier that thanks you for helping his girlfriend, if you even did, way before in the story
He then goes back to a generic NPC who keeps saying "Is it true Northern women bathe once every three months?"
