I don't, but this is nothing new, it has been a thing for more than decade at this point. Even if games were not riddled with FOMO and microtransactions, I knew that they will release some dlcs, maybe expansions, and I don't want to bother replaying the game again for them, so just get the game after they stop updates.

Have they fixed the A-life yet? As in, do characters stop despawning and disappearing from the game forever when you move beyond their active radius now?

Also have they changed the frequency of bloodsuckers? You'd walk across one every 30 minutes.

Yes but the radius is still 100m which makes everyone disappear until you get closer.
