The only major problem is their Repos. There was the issue when had a set stock and it was getting instantly snatched up by scalpers, and then when they went made to order, it took ages for them to release. They had a new distributed that's cut down on production time.
I've been using them for their switch releases and the worst thing the covers sheet for the game are cut funky, and any time I complain, they send me a replacement.

The only complain now is the prices, but that's the fault of the trump tariff tax hikes.
