And I really don't see much Christian symbolism in Zelda or Final Fantasy.

If anything DOOM 1 and 2 are Christian games because you kill demons. I would argue Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 and 2 (if ylu don't do the gay shit in 2) are also very strongly Christian. Arguably most games featuring real medieval Europe and the crusades are also Christian to some degree or another.
