It might be a region thing but cheating in a game always reflects in an unfair advantage in the match that can be quickly felt the other party and that rarely happened for me in even the 95th percentile of OW and Valorant. It doesn't seem plausible that there could be any sizeable amount of cheaters that have the skill to be good at the actual game alongside having the acting ability to cheat in a similar vain to CS e-sport clips. Cheaters trying to stealth always become blatant when try to push their hax to give beyond like a 15% advantage.

They're easy to spot by analyzing micro movement tells and deducing if there's a consistent pattern of the suspect acting upon and benefiting from in-game information that they don't have access too.

Idk if it's worth quitting the FPS genre when this super stealth cheating boogey man could only theoretically exist in the highest percentiles of playerbases. When it concerns the 50th percentile then naturally these shitters would appear so obvious no matter how hard they try. So idk what level of 'stealth cheating' you're referencing and what volume.
