I want to play this game but I am autistic about achievments and hate online stuff. How difficult is it to get all the online cheevos?

Extremely. Online sucks. I did all the single player ones but i couldn't get into Online. And some require other players.

the only ones that are really a pain are reaching rank 50 and the MVP 3 times, the others take a couple of hours

I got online achievements naturally by playing online way back when. It was the single player achievements that were super rough to get. But even if you are trying to force brute online achievements it'll be easier than some single player achievements. Nothing will beat having to study and skin every animal and getting 70 gold medals in story missions. The online achievements are child's play compared to that.
