not a fan of his videos however i do respect him because he has been around for so long where he hasn't really changed his personality or involved himself with e-drama.

i tried making a top 10 list of youtubers i watch recently and Joe was definitely on it.

this is part of why. he's kept it video games and hasn't switched up his personality or anything crazy. and i would say in a lot of ways this applies to Other Joe as well. Alex is cool. way cooler than Delrith, i'm so glad they got that dude the fuck outta there. lol

Only a man of true integrity would make a follow-up video apologizing for a negative review

Newer generations grew up inside a much more connected and social media driven world.
So judging and being judged by your looks plays a much larger role in their generational culture.
Not that it wasn't a thing before, but it's stronger than ever in the social menu/scroll timeline interactions we have now. It affects all of us, but the few who lived in a pre internet world are a little bit less prone to be victim of that worry.

He had that cringe stuff with Geoff but it was minor stuff compared to what e-drama is now.
And I think he was just collateral damage in that Spoony bit, too.

Normally, a reviewer being biased should make me disregard their opinions, but seeing this old fuck fanboy swoon all over Hogwarts Legacy and give it a 10/10 made me feel as if I was watching an elderly couple who still love each other. He's still obsessed with Harry Potter and dude was desperate for any passable game from that universe, awww

As someone who did the 100% grind it's definitely not a 10/10, too much repetitive filler and wokeshit. It is an amazing starting point for the (hopefully inevitable) sequel.
And I don't really care about the movies or books besides the first movie.
They basically only need to set the sequel in the actual Harry Potter timeframe and improve the side missions, add quidditch, then it's an 11/10
