The Boss vs. Naked Snake in MGS3 is an amazing fight because the game builds up to it the entire time and they have a rich backstory. Imagine if some guy came out onto the field after Naked Snake beat The Boss and was like "haha, I was only mind controlling her, she didn't actually want to do any of that, now we have the true last battle!". That shit would be gay as fuck. Some things are better not being made as twists.
