Can you imagine using software with a logo like this?
Linux is a decent operating system, but that penguin mascot undermines its credibility. It’s outdated 3D graphic slop from decades ago. The general public will never embrace Linux until its image is brought into the modern era.

Meanwhile the Windows logo has devolved into four flat squares. I'm surprised it's even trademarkable in its current iteration.

I don't care about others using it.
It works on my machine better than windows.

There needs to be a way to blacklist GNOME.

Here's your Cyan

Just use Arch.
Nvidia shouldn't be a problem though.

All of Wayland related problems can be traced back to GNOME and some reason those faggots devs have an actual say when it comes to Wayland development.
Valve saw the writing on the wall when they switched to KDE before they released the Deck.

Consider checking out CachyOS my dude. Easy, as flexible as arch, and nice performance and stability from the scheduler. Zero issues with this setup and XFCE and I'm even playing VR games.

I hate gnome so much but I haven't found a way to make KDE cascade windows when I hit the super key and it's too important to my workflow to switch

Factors in, though I'll be real with you and just say I got it cheap recently and it massively outperforms my old cpu, and this particular batch doesn't seem liable to fail or rust lol.
