I have ring fit and fitness boxing 3. I never played FB3 and I dont think I even have enough room in my room to play ring fit anymore. I really need to do something and see how fitness boxing 3 is because I gained a shit ton of weight. somehow I just gained 10 more pounds the past month and I am now 240Ibs. the past two days I havent been eating till the afternoon so thats good at least. I just need to stop eating so much

i feel like the swich is not capturing certain movements well on the ground but it is a nice reason to do some sports every day so i am not complaining

They get you to stand up and do light cardio for an hour a day. They're pretty simple in that you can watch something off to the side while playing.

mine is about 25-30 minutes, first custom set of 10 exercises i dont use in the game, then 2 stages in the game, with both warmup and cooldowns it takes me totally about 40 minutes.

I believe the daily exercise on Miku said I lost about 300-350 calories and people on reddit said the calculation in-game is similar to what those health watches say. It isn't 100% accurate sure, but I'd say it's about right then. So if you are fat and put effort in it, sure. You can also think about buying weights for your wrists and legs after some time

I got this game but realized how inefficient it was to real exercise. Just 1 week of actually running outside did way more for my endurance and lung capacity than 4 weeks of Ring Fit.

More exercise is more weight loss. Maxing out the FB difficulty settings gives you about a hour worth of exercises for the daily workout. But even then I think it's pretty light cardio. Ring Fit is better for exercise but you need to commit time and attention to it as well as space.

Every single day at medium setting which is 40 mins (my fat ass didnโ€™t deserve rest days) if I was too tired then easy, in time I did the occasional hard which goes for an hour

I see it more of a muscle toning/floor exercise tool rather than a cardio one. Your best choice with cardio is always just gonna be running/biking if youโ€™re outdoors, and one of the machines that does a similar exercise if youโ€™re indoors.

I made it to around World 17 I think? Maybe 18. My level was in the 100s. I stopped playing because it was interfering with my actual gym workouts, so in that regards I guess I beat the game; it got me into a routine of actual daily exercise.
