He literally isn't smiling. He's attempting to smile but his mouth is somehow curving down. How is that even possible? You go to smile and look like you're frowning instead? And what's up with the haircut? The frameless glasses are fine, but why not just keep your hair buzzed if you're not gonna put even the slightest effort into styling it? And I get it's corporate culture to appear clean shaven, but dude could grow a sick beard if he really wanted to and just chooses not to.
