Only Pmyth5.2 "AUSU" states what is said on the flame plate and the earth plate, so that is the one that forms the basis for everything except Giratina. Which was subsequently added from one of the older Pmyths later to be "Arceus' shadow.'

Because originally it was only Palkia and Dialga according to the original Sinjoh Sigil, so Giratina was a last minute addition.
