I don't actually think Pirate Software is a bad guy. I think what happened is that he made the mistake of becoming one of those streamers who is live for dozens of hours every week, forgetting that all it takes is one screwup for people to single that moment out of everything you've ever done. His streams aren't exactly riveting but his narcissism doesn't come out nearly as often as dramatubers suggest. I wouldn't even call him a bully or a lolcow, he's just a boring guy who wants to have a consistent worldview but is clearly still too young to know how to be rigid in his beliefs. It's a shame people watched his interview with Dr. K - a grifter in his own right - and made all these rash assumptions about him in an environment designed to get someone as vulnerable as possible. It's really not some insane thing for a dude to be on a high horse and act arrogant, there are millions of Jason Hall's all over the world who would do the exact same thing. What's funny is that it's clear that SKG was just a proxy cause to delve deeper into "Thor" as an individual and attempt to unravel his character. Maybe it's just me, but it feels like these people never watched or cared about him or his opinions to begin with. They just see a list of bullet points (no doubt stolen from KiwiFarms aka moralfag central) and pick and choose which to focus on. And sure, his fundamental flaw is being incapable of apologizing or owning up to his mistakes, but why should he?
