Cast and story is completely flaccid. Gameplay easy to master early on which makes the rest of the game a cakewalk. Cutscenes too long. No replayability.

Overall a good experience for 60 dollars on one playthrough, but nothing more.

Your early party members are unrealistically smart at the beginning and only revert to their proper in-character level of "intelligence" after Makoto joins the party and the writers finally have a character who would realistically say intelligent things.

The dialogue is mind-numbingly repetitive. You're doing the last palace in the game and the characters are still texting every single day about

I played P5 and Royal. When I played Royal, I skipped through dialogue that was repeating too much. Despite having more content, and me still doing all the social links I did in my P5 playthrough, I got through Royal 20 hours faster just because I didn't sit through repetitive dialogue. 20 fucking hours.

palaces suck. the setup in p4 is the best as a mix between random generated and handmade

if p6 has dungeons/palaces similar to p5, I'm skipping it.
