Sucks that this just became the Black Ops franchise. It's so stale and uninteresting past the first 2 games. I liked what they were doing slowly shifting from Modern Warfare to Advanced Warfare. They should have stayed in the relatively grounded Advanced era instead of just jumping straight to Star Wars shit, normies would have eaten it up.

2023 was a pretty terrible year for games even COD and Wahoo man didn't sell that well because even normies were fatigued of eating the same slop over and over. That and the massive psyop controversy surrounding it is why Hogwarts was able to sell so well. So many people were saying not to buy the game that it just made people who aren't even interested in Harry Potter or fantasy stuff at all want to buy it. Just like Baldur's Gate 3, it received a lot more attention than it normally would have just by being different from the normal slop.
