Second, society should not be encouraging someone with a mental illness to mutilate their bodies. Medical science has not caught up and bottom surgery specifically is dangerous and literally can give survivors phantom limb syndrome, making their disphoria even worse.

You can *always* tell when it's a MtF. So they aren't women, not really, and telling them that they can become women is a total fucking lie.

If I had a genuine gender swap button I would have done it ages ago, but medical science isn't there yet and likely won't be in our lifetimes. We should focus on getting trans people help accepting their bodies, and dressing/acting however they want to that makes them feel more true to themselves...
