If you guys were actually part of game dev circles (I’m talking about established people in the industry, not some random indie troons sitting on a discord making a PS1 demake of Mario Odyssey) you would not believe how much they fucking

I remember being handed a package of available scholarships in grade 12 and noticing immediately that most of them were for women/minorities only, and the few that were merit based had priority for women/minorities. Success is easy when the state makes it illegal for you to fail
