Likely not very high, knowing Owlcat's track record of releasing half-assed products.
That being said, I've been following the news about this project for a while and it seems like they're taking this one seriously; this is their first attempt at AA+/AAA project that might help them pivot into their own IP instead of licensing someone else's like they always do.
