Depends on what genre.
There are fighting game vtubers (and they have a whole general on /vt/ dedicated to "fighting game vtubers" specifically) but beyond that I can't think of anybody good enough outside of obscure Japanese ones you'll see in that speedrunning event.
Botan from Hololive also hosts regular fighting game tournaments and used to enter FPS tournaments a lot if that counts.

Dokibird is the first one that comes to mind, but she, as a lot of people, suffers from streaming debuff, playing worse because her attention is divided between the game and chat. She struggled a lot beating Halo 1 on Heroic when that game isn't even that hard.

Kinda, and that's a really weird kinda.
I didn't really understand how to use the Insect Glaive in Monster Hunter World, so I just didn't really use it.
Then I saw Ina play the game, and saw how someone who actually knows what she's doing play with that weapon. Then I gave it another try, and it's now my second favorite weapon type in the game.
