9/10 bosses just immediately hop to the left and it wiffs. For every Mogh it can just delete there's a Margit who it won't do shit to.
Wing of Astel is fun as fuck though, probably my fave weapon in the game.

only real value is beating the livid hell out of mohg with it because he does his anime slow-walk to you AND doesn't do an enormous side-hop away from magic like malenia or basically any other humanoid enemy/boss
i'm currently playing a colossal weapon character in ER. it takes more skill to prepare to fire a comet azur that connects than just mashing with a giant weapon and shutting down the enemy with constant stance breaks.

Yeah ever since they buffed the fuck out of larger weapons 2H colossal heavy attacking shit to death is by far the easiest way to get through the game.
