That's not her canonical end though, that's soley if you end the ToB with her as a companion. There was (originally) not a canonical end for every single character because there was nothing after it.

Even the lead designer of Baldur's Gate 2 (when he wrote Minsc & Boo's Book of Villainy) had Viconia still in service to Shar by the time of 5e (a hundred years after BG2).

I have the same question here as well. We know from Hasbro's quarterly reports how much they made from BG3 but since Larian is not a publicly traded company there's little inf out there about agreement's details.
