Hyborian Age is a bit all over the place, tech levels of its civilizations vary from ooga booga tribals to roughly antiquity level, and it has it's own post-apocalypse with ruins of more advanced civilizations all over.
It is mostly a mishmash of late bronze age and iron age aesthetics.
