think of it like this. every single time you wondered why your audio got fucked up, or your video output, or w/e, and you tried to update your drivers just to fix the issue. none of that exists on a mac. because it's so closed down the software/hardware dichotomy is blurred to where the notion of a driver is irrelevant to you. it's more prevalent when you deal with audio of any kind. it's so much more stable than windows it's not even funny. i learned that when doing audio engineering.

A Mac is a personal computer, it runs a system that's supposed to only run on its specific hardware, it's quite easy to use but kinda pricey and restrictive, basically can't replace or upgrade shit.

I use a Mac for creative pursuits but it is no good for gaming as the vast majority of games simply do not work without having to pay for third party software like Crossover, and even then there's no guarantee your game will run correctly.
