Do you want advice or are you just venting.
Went from 130 to 80kg and it was mostly having a money saving goal so being cheap was a priority, only keeping ingredients instead of the food in the house so I was too lazy to snack, nuking my sweet/salty tooth by just lying to myself every day that I didn't like those anymore, making exercise really easy by just marching while watching youtube vids/shows, etc etc. Continual life changes. You've heard it all before.
You know, a lot of it is just having an actionable goal. Something you want to use being lighter for. A thing you want to buy or place you want to go. And if you don't, just lie to yourself and say you do, works just the same.
