I truly think British people live under a more authoritarian government than the DPRK.
The main things worse about the DPRK is the internet is banned and you can't talk shit about Kim.
That's really it though, and they get guaranteed housing, free food unconditionally, and are paid better than UK wage slaves in terms of real purchasing power just by the fact they own a house which UK wageslaves can't afford (the most basic fucking thing, a house).
Anyway all the other dystopian things add up to make UK worse
No one in the DPRK would arrest you for saying nigger, they wouldn't arrest an autistic child for saying "you look like my lesbian nana", they wouldn't arrest a woman for silently praying, they wouldn't destroy your life if your girlfriend was 17 years 364 days 23 hours old and you took a picture of her, etc.
