I only recommended Painscreek Killings back then since we were desperate but it's literally a key-hunting walking-sim with 1 obvious blank for you to fill in at the end.

I like Scene Investigators a lot.
Slightly flawed game since some scenes are a bit more logic jumpy but the good ones are top quality

It's hideous enough that I can only imagine it's on purpose, but don't let that stop you, it's great
Somewhere here said Rise sucked because it was written by a bunch of Americans instead of the original guys but I just finished it and thought it was at least as good as Case (and personally I thought the ending of Case was kind of anticlimactic)

Chants of Sennaar have been describes as a 'Obra Dinn like'. It's not as good as Obra Dinn, and it could do with less stealth segments, but it's fine

Lacuna has some compelling deduction puzzles. Great stakes as well when it comes to the narrative.
