Not really? 90's Nintendo was peak but the Gamecube was a good console. The Wii was bad, the Wii U had good games but didn't sell and those Wii U ports found new life on the Switch but the second half of the Switch had pretty mediocre games. The games that were being made for the Wii U but got pushed to the Switch were great. 2017 was a fantastic year for Nintendo. Since then, it's been downhill. I bought Vita and 3DS around the same time back in the day, and outside of catching up to Pokemon there was absolutely nothing interesting to play. I'd start games, play for a couple hours, just to realize I'm forcing myself to play them. Vita lasted a bit longer, actually had some fun stuff, but ultimately I sold both. When Switch was releasing I was considering it for a moment, but then decided it would probably end up the same as my 3DS disappointment.

Switch 1 released 9 years ago and have only a handful of games worth playing in general, if you're not a manchild that still play Pokemon in 2025 that number drop down massively. If you aren't interested in platformers you basically only have Mario Kart and Splatoon.
Meanwhile on PC if you aren't interested in ASSFAGGOTS or FPS that dominate the platform there are dozens of other genres waiting for you, not just a title or two, entire fucking library of games and that only counting the ones made in the last 9years to make it more fair.
If you want to limit it to "must play" games Nintendo don't even have an answer to My Summer Car, game like Elden Ring are completely out of their reach.

If the Switch was not a handheld Nintendo would be out of business.
